The first layer: The traditional fire door structure is adopted, and the weight of the fire door is used for sealing and heat preservation. In addition, a locking mechanism is added to the bottom of the fire door to overcome the looseness of the fire door caused by long-term opening and closing.
The second layer: high-temperature glass door, this structure further isolates the smoke from the outside world and reduces air leakage. The glass door is structurally connected with the fire door body in the form of a quick joint. When it needs to be disassembled for cleaning, the glass door can be disassembled and assembled with simple actions without using external tools.
The third layer: smoke blocking door, this door is made of stainless steel, when it is in normal operation, this door is closed, blocking the flow of smoke to the glass of the fire door, reducing the erosion and pollution of dusty smoke on the glass door, and avoiding excessive Cleaning Glass Doors. When the outer fire inspection door is opened to observe the inside of the furnace, the smoke blocking door and the outer fire inspection door are opened synchronously, and when the outer fire inspection door is closed, the unique driving structure drives the inner layer blocking door and the outer fire inspection door The doors are closed synchronously.
