Centrifugal Cast Sink Rolls 3D

The sinking roller is one of the important equipment components of the galvanizing production line. The working temperature of the galvanizing pot used in galvanizing lines reaches 600 to 700°C. During production, the entire sinking roller needs to be immersed in the zinc liquid, and the zinc liquid is stirred and stuck to the surface of the galvanized sheet with a stabilizing roller.

The surface structure and quality of the sinking roller directly affect the galvanizing quality and service life of the sheet. Therefore, the sinking roller is one of the key factors that determines the production quality and production efficiency of the galvanizing production line.

Currently, there are three types of sinking rollers used in factories: grooveless sinking rollers, straight groove sinking rollers and spiral groove sinking rollers. The existing spiral groove type sinking roller includes a cylindrical roller body and roller shafts arranged at both ends of the roller body. A spiral groove is provided on the peripheral surface of the roller body, and the spiral groove cross-section is U-shaped.

When using the existing spiral groove sinking roller, the zinc liquid is stirred and adhered to the surface of the galvanized sheet, and the excess zinc liquid enters the end of the roller body under the rotation of the sinking roller to prevent the galvanizing liquid from condensing on the surface of the sinking roller. tumor.

Sinking rollers are commonly made of 304, 316L, 317L and other materials, and their diameters are generally φ600, φ800.
