Our foundry has nearly 30 years of experience producing centrifugal cast tubes for petrochemical industry, and it is a qualified supplier to SINOPEC, and our foundry has the capacity to produce the furnace tubes required for an ethylene cracking furnace with an annual output of 1 million tons per month.
Generally, we use centrifugal casting and static casting to manufacture these key components. We strictly follow relevant domestic and international standards for production, such as centrifugal casting: HG/T 2601, ASTM A608, DIN 10295, static casting: HG/T 3673, ASTM A351.
Material grades are strictly selected in accordance with the standards of customers in different countries. Commonly used material grades are:
ZG40Cr35Ni45Nb, HP-Nb, HT50, GX40NiCrNb45-35, G-NiCr28W, SCH24XNb
The regular specifications of centrifugal cast tubes for petrochemical industry are:
For cracking furnace tubes and radiant coils , generally from OD.50 to OD200MM, with wall thickness from 5mm to 20mm; For collectors or header pipes, generally from OD.100 to OD400MM, with thickness about 10mm to 40mm.
