Bushings and sleeves
The bushings and sleeves are installed on the shafts ends of sink rollers and stabilizing rollers, to protect the sink rollers and stabilizer rollers from corrosion and wear in zinc pot.
So, it is very important that the alloys selected must be of high resistence to heat and wear in zinc liquid corrosion.
Generally, with our 30 years exprience of servicing the Galvanising and Zinc-Aluminium (Galvalume) lines.
The alloy selection for bushings and sleeves is very important, which will decdide the service life accordingly. Other than the regular alloy grades like Tungsten based alloys, cobalt based alloys, tungsten cobalt alloys, Canalloy ,UMCO 50,Stelite 6B.
