The size of the casting tray is 1000 * 600 * 50. During the incoming inspection, it was found that multiple side ribs of the tray had suspected crack defects. PT testing in this area showed light imaging. On site, it was decided to cut one of the pieces, and the cutting section was flat without any crack defects. It was determined that this area is acceptable as non defective.
