High temperature tensile testing machine

High temperature tensile testing machine is a testing machine used to determine the mechanical properties at high temperatures, mainly for analyzing the high-temperature mechanical properties of materials, and testing the high-temperature mechanical properties of product materials according to product material requirements or customer requirements.

Tensile testing high-temperature furnace: used in conjunction with hydraulic universal testing machines and electronic universal testing machines to provide a high-temperature environment for their specimens. The outer shell of the electric furnace is made of stainless steel, and the furnace chamber is heated in three stages: upper, middle, and lower. Three temperature controllers control three sets of heating wires respectively, ensuring uniform temperature inside the furnace. Adopting PID fuzzy control method, the experimental temperature overshoot is small and the control accuracy is high. It is a high-performance material testing equipment for universities, research institutions, and material research units in factories and mines.
