In petrochemical projects, pipelines do not always extend horizontally and vertically indefinitely. When there is a need for turning and diversion, fittings such as elbows, tees, and more than one minute fittings are used for adjustment. These fittings are usually precision cast, but when the size is large or the process is complex, sand casting can be used. Before shipment, the product needs to undergo pressure testing and flaw detection, surface polishing, and reserved welding grooves.
