Nickel based alloy welding wire
Alloy welding wire is a material consumed during welding, mainly shape is round wire, with a diameter ranging from Ф0.2 to 15mm.
Cobalt-based and nickel-based alloys have good high-temperature strength and excellent wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and thermal shock resistance.
According to its performance characteristics, the alloy deformed welding wire are produced by smelting, electroslag, rolling and cold drawing.
The welding filler wires produced by DTL are suitable for gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), gas metal arc welding (GMAW), submerged arc welding (SAW) and other methods.
