Runout Test of Roller

Bounce refers to the difference between the maximum and minimum readings measured by a fixed indicator in a given direction when the measured element rotates around the reference axis once. Circular runout tolerance is the maximum allowable variation of the indicator value when the measured element rotates one revolution around the reference axis at a fixed reference point (with no axial displacement of the part and measuring instrument). The circular runout tolerance is applicable to any unused measurement position of the measured element. Symbols used“ ↗” express. Use a jumping gauge as shown in the picture to detect the jumping of the shaft head.
