Ultrasonic testing of furnace roll thickness:

Principle: When ultrasonic waves enter an object and encounter defects, a portion of the sound waves will be reflected. The transmitter and receiver can analyze the reflected waves to accurately detect the defects, display the location and size of internal defects, and measure material thickness.

Application: The thickness gauge designed according to the principle can accurately measure various plates and processed parts, and can also monitor various pipelines and pressure vessels in production equipment, monitoring their degree of thinning after corrosion during use. It can be widely applied in various fields such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, shipbuilding, aviation, aerospace, etc.
