DTL Materials Tech GmbH, is focusing on production of alloy castings as components for critical area of various industry applications. Our typical foundry processes are: Centrifugal casting, Lost wax investment casting ( or Precision casting), and sand casting. The major alloys are nickel based, cobalt based heat resistant alloys like 1.4848, 1.4852, 2.4879, etc., as well as wear resistant and corrosion resistant alloys.
 
Our castings are widely used in heat treatment, metallurgical furnaces, petrochemical furnaces, glass wool defiberizer, incinerator, glass rolling, decanter centrifuge,etc. Some typical castings of DTL Materials Tech as below: For heat treatment industry: Base trays, Intermediate Grids, Charge basket, Cast fixtures, Cast Link Belts, Rails and Roller.

Static Casting Lining Product Name: Lining Material: ASTM A148 - Grade 150/135 Dimensions: Φ839*445 mm Single Weight: 256 Kg Manufacturing Process: Static Casting The picture shows a two-piece lining completed this month. The dimensions are Φ839*445mm, the material is ASTM A148 - Grade 150/135, and it was produced using a static casting process. After heat treatment, the hardness requirement is 440-515 HB. The lining is used in combination and requires excellent wear resistance. This batch of linings has passed other tests conducted by the quality inspection department and has been packaged and shipped.
