The stabilizing rolls and the sink rolls are need to be immersed in the zinc pot, and the strip steel can obtain a certain tension and guidance mainly by adjusting the displacement left and right, so as to ensure that the strip steel passes through the air knife device stably.
Generally, two stabilizing rolls are arranged alternately on both sides of the strip steel, and there are two types of transmission, active and passive. They are divided into front stabilizing rolls and rear stabilizing rolls, both of which are immersed in molten aluminum-zinc liquid.
Its main function is to obtain a certain effective tension and guidance for the strip steel passing through the sinking roller, to ensure that the strip steel passes through the air knife continuously and stably, to prevent the strip steel from swinging and to adjust the shape of the strip.
